Hello merfolk!
So, I'll get right to the point. I am a mer with crap knees, and I'm not sure how o should go about diving into mermaiding as I don't want to make my knees worse. What's wrong with my knees you ask? If I'm standing straight in front of you with tights or leggings on you can see that my knees go inward quite a bit. And when I walk, trot, or run my knees will come in even more. This is what's causing my knee pain. With the help of a friend I've been able to minimize pain by walking on the outer edge of my feet a little more and pushing my knees out. However, I'm uncertain how to make sure my knees don't go in while mermaiding. I was thinking of maybe something I could put in my tail between my knees to keep them from going inward but I'm not sure how to do that. Ideas?
Also I'm thinking about what monofin would be best in order to not put too much pressure on my knees. Suggestions are much appreciated.
Thank y'all for your time!
