So I’m starting to write my own stories this one is about three ordinary girls who become mermaid I want to see what you guys think of it. Here is the first half of the chapter

Title Waves
Chapter 1: “Moon Spell”

Isabella’s P.O.V
My name is Isabella Newman believe it or not I have a secret I’m a mermaid nobody knows. I go to Perth High School I have a little sister named Alice she’s always annoying me. I go out to the sea every now and then to a secret cave that I call the moon pool while in the moon pool my best friend Elizabeth Walters and Ava Marks became a mermaids too. I tell my story to her as I grow. I was twelve years old my parents were busy so I went exploring it’s like I was looking for something, like I’ve been drawn there. Then the full moon as rasin and turned me into a mermaid.

"Bella, hurry up!" Alice yelled. I was in the bath tube I flopped out and started t dry off as I dry off I remember that it's a full moon tonight my friend Ava and I have to be ready by three o'clock I came out of the bathroom and Alice went inside.

Hi Auquita! It looks interesting, though I'd like to ask what a met story is and if the title is a play on 'tidal waves'?

Here's what I've professionally told everyone who raised the idea of writing a book -- first read a ton, everything you can get your fins on in your genre and out of it.

What're the best mermaid books you've read? Maybe you can study them for story development and scene construction :)
