For those merfolk who follow the phases of the moon: tonight (Dec. 3) is a supermoon.
Apologies for the late notice. It's already underway in India and Japan, and will be happening very soon in Europe.
On the East coast of North America the moon will be rising at between 5 pm and 5:30 pm, and so will be spectacular on the horizon as it gets dark (in the Northern Hemisphere- South American mers will probably see it higher in the Eastern sky by the time it gets dark)
