What kind of stuff to make where I can wear it in the water [emoji98] help me!!!

Lots of people use an industrial strength glue called E6000 to construct stuff that can safely go in the water. But you have to be careful with it since it's potentially cancerous. You have to work in a room with good air circulation (or better yet, outside) and you have to wear a chemical mask and gloves to prevent the fumes and glue from potentially harming you.

Believe me, I've used the stuff and it smells awful! If you're gonna use it, a chemical mask and gloves are an absolute must!
