I made it into Australian papers after word got around about the beach pop-ups I've been doing over the school holidays. I've been appearing and talking to kids and adults about reducing the litter in our oceans. There's a big cleanup around our dolphin sanctuary on the weekend so was telling people about that and then bam, newspaper article.

Thought I'd share because it was nice to have a positive mermaid story rather than a "look at this freak" or a "tails are dangerous" story.

Love seeing positive mer stories :D I'm looking forward to an interview I'm meant to be doing in Feb, though a bit nervous at the same time thanks to ridiculous people's common reactions to what we do.
