Good evening/morning/afternoon...
depending on where you are in the world and time of the day :)

I am from NSW, Australia.
My mer name is Glacious Undine... a high school name I had for good old myspace for a quite a long time. Basically, if very rough, it translates to "An Icy Person" and an "elemental being of water." Which describes me almost perfectly since I adore the water and love anything to do with ice and snow.

Besides adoring dinosaurs as a kid, (still do!) mermaids were my second favourite creature, 3rd behind my top 3 favourite mythical creatures list.
I think between watching on VHS Disney's The Little Mermaid and The Hans Christian Anderson version, directed by Tomoharu Katsumata (the lead mermaid had blonde hair), they both sparked my interest further in wanting to become a mermaid. And then followed every tv show, film and book that has come out thus far.

After many years, I finally bought a Mahina Merfin last year (half Christmas present), and am truly stoked to have it. It's been slumbering in its box since October, then through to December as well after opening it at Christmas to just a couple of days ago - for its first swim. Clumsy, yet incredibly happy with it! (Also took it out at times to have it on for a while)

I am interested in purchasing other fins and skins in the future, particularly skins for the Mahina. Currently planning to try and sew my own fabric tails at the moment - just difficult as it always is here in Aus - finding good materials without costing an arm and a leg for shipping!

I will probably be hovering in the Making Tails and Resources pages, while also commenting on everyone's tails. :)

so to whoever ends up reading this lengthy.. intro.. I'm sorry but Nice to meet you! :)
