Finis Foil Review????

Hi, has anyone tried the finis foil? I think it would be a good monofin to start with. I have heard lots of talk of it but no reviews. I have been using bi fins but I think its time to upgrade. Ps. Is there any tails compatible besides the fin folk one? Thanks so much!

I have a finis foil but the footpocket broke after three times swimming at sea [emoji28]. I think that mahina's monofins work best with finfolks' tails

I use the finis foil in my silicone tail :) It's a good training monofin as it's small, easy to do tricks in and has a decent kick :) It's also a very comfortable and fast monofin to use. It's a good monofin to use in small pools as it's rubber and fairly small, I have another monofin that is made out of carbon fibre, and that thing is GIANT. My advice, go with the foil because it's affordable for its size :)

I have a Foil too! Its my fave monofin so far, I own a few monofins and its by far the best fit for my feet and my current fitness. AND its small enough to stuff into a bag pack. My other fave monofin, is the Ebay one which one day, I may have to do a review on, as I haven't yet.

I have a Finis Foil, and totally love it. It gives me plenty of thrust, travels well, and will not injure anyone else if you have to lane-share in a pool. I use it for kickboard drill sets, sidestroke kicking, and backstroke kicking (arms in streamline position, and arms in kneeside position). It is affordable, too.
