I'll be the first one to admit to being a science nerd, and I loved this talk by Marcia Barbosa, a scientist from Brazil who is obsessed with water. This is my kind of nerdiness, and I thought maybe some of the other mergeeks on here might enjoy her talk too. Gives you a whole new way of looking at water. (Plus, after you watch this video you'll be able to explain to merlings why the strange properties of water enable water creatures to survive winter without their lake getting frozen solid :phew: )
