Powerful Monofin

Hi. I am trying to strengthen my dolphin kick for speed and am trying to decide which (mermaid shaped) monofin has the most power and thrust to it. I like the look of the luna but it seems to me too floppy to add any real power. What is the best monofin for my needs? Thank you!

The Mahina has great power, and looks very mermaidy. Other ones would be finis shooter, rapid, or competitor but they’re not very Mermaid looking. Best of luck!
Also I have a Luna, and it’s absolutely beautiful and flowy but provides about the same power as a Suntails or finfun monofin

I'd go for hard or medium (not soft) stiffness for power.

I have had good luck with a Finis Foil. It gives me plenty of thrust, travels well, and you can lane-share without fear of injuring your lane partner.
