My Green/Blue Gold Halo Tail

I have not yet uploaded the Color pattern of my tail, but I will by tomorrow.
But I have started on making my vary first tail. Its going to be a Lycra skin, with Dragon Skin scales running down the sides to hide the seams (seams on tails drive me nuts I don't know why they just do hahaha)
The color is a green/blue color with a gold halo effect, as seen on my top. I will also be adding scales to my top as well.
And I will have arm fin that will be made out of dragon skin and attached with (hoping to god it works) silicone based medical adhesive
I will be adding progress pictures along the way.

Me too!! I was so hesitant to paint it, but I was like OMG!!! I LOVE IT!!! THAT IT MY FIRST TAIL IS GOING TO BE THIS COLOR!!!!! hehehe

Oh wow that is beautiful! What paints did you use? I love the gold halo it's absolutely stunning! Wouldn't mind having that sort of sheen on a couple of my articles of clothing.

Coral HOW did you get that halo effect? Is it a certain kind of paint? Because it is absolutely stunning. I really love the jewels along the top, too. I just can't wait to see more pics of this and your other tail.

So @ Taylor is a Mermaid and Mermaid Sirena
The paint I used is a Luminare paint... I don't remember the name and I already threw away the bottle :( But I used layers and layers of it and also used the the same brand in the bright blue for my painted scales.

When we pull my dragon skin scales I will dry brush them with the bright blue...
