My name is Mermaid Luna and I have just recently found out about this site! I always knew ‘real life’ mermaids were a thing, but never knew of the community around it.

I got a tail and am awaiting for my monofin to come in [emoji4]

This place is a treasure trove of knowledge, you can learn a LOT from other mers/previous posts. Be sure to check out all the tips and tricks we've amassed over the years. They're really invaluable as you're starting up--researching takes a lot of the trial and error guessing games you typically have to play when you first get into the water ^^
