Picking a tail

Trying to decide for my first tail, which will be a fin fun. But...What color!?

Any suggestions? My fav colors are blue and green. And I'm dishwater blond and hazel eyes.

Pro-cons for colors (i.e. see-throughness)?

I really haven't established a mersona, so any advice will help.

I say for your first pick the color that would look best in your tastes if your eyes are greenish go with it, and in the end you will evolve and have lorlts of different tails, I like to think of it like this, Merfolk shed scales and in time their tail colors change with the growth of new colored scales thus why some Merms have different tails but one Mersona. Hope that helps!

I wouldn’t get too hung up on what matches your hair or complexion or whatever. I used to worry about that, but I think it’s better to just choose whatever colors appeal to you. If you like blue and green, go for it!
I have two Fin Fun tails; Bali Breeze and Lunar Tide. Neither are see-through, even when I wear my dark blue one-piece under the one that’s yellow at the waist. Hope this helps!
