Making silicone tails are super expensive here are the most important things you will need and the prices:
Smooth-on Dragon Skin Silicone at least 4 gallons ($400+shipping)
Sulfur free clay, most types plastalina clays ($20-$50)
Pins, quilting or t-pins probably like 50 or 100(most likely like the cheapest thing out of all the materials, $10 - $20)
Molding material, resin or plaster ($50 - $200)
Powder pigments ($20 - $35 depending on how many colors and how much you are using)

Please keep in mind that the silicone from the hardware stores is NOT asking safe and should never be directly touching your skin. Only medical grade or platinum cure silicone is the only skin safe silicone!
