glow in the dark mer tail

I was thinking that it would be amazing to have a tail with glow in the dark markings, like some spots or stripes?
I was thinking about mixing the powder with transparant fabric paint.
any advice?

My first silicone tail that I made has some night glow ;) I just mixed the (yellow) night glow powder together with some of the other mica powder and the dragonskin to make my scales.

Likewise, my tail has glow in the dark spots as well. I just bought some glow powder in the color of my choice and mixed it in with latex. Not the most elegant solution, but it works.
