ISO of Unique Tail Maker

I have bout $700 USD to buy a tail, I have saved as best as a working mother can living paycheck to paycheck for 3 years to buy a well made mermaid tail. I have made my own fabric tails in this time but really want to purchase a well crafted tail to swim and continue my community work in.

Now here's the unique part. The tail design I am after is one with a fluke in a coop shape. As my mer name suggests I modeled my mersona after the local mermaids of my hometown rivers, the manatees. A lot of tail makers have pre-made molds or pre-cut monofins and either have to charge a considerable fee to change the traditional V design, or do not offer that particular fluke for my price range.

I have seen a few offered on FB from some tail makers, but they either have so-so reviews or no pictures/videos of their work. I have saved and worked hard for a while for this and I don't want to settle.

Hoping to find a hybrid of neoprene and silicone but would be happy with a very detailed fabric tail as well. I have messaged the Mertailor along with about 2 others and for 2 days waited for responses.

Suggestions, or personal recommendations are appreciated in advanced; but please show a pic or video of their work fro ref.

I recently got my river dragon tail from purple mermaid studios! She does neoprene painted and then covered with textured silicone, my tail was pretty unique but she did an amazing job with it!

Both look lovely. I asked Mermaid Aqua but she had said the design I am looking for wasn't something she'd be willing to do. :) Her tails are lovely though!
