Has anyone used private property before!

I have this really nice Lake behind my house it's private property and I don't know how to ask permission but I really want to use it because I can do YouTube series there I already got the title for that I just want to turn that Lake and tell him mermaid hang out but I think they would laugh help!

Just been honest if it’s private property they will definitely not let you swim in it even without a mermaid tail. you’re wasting your time asking and they probably will make fun of you and not take you seriously. Not all lake water is safe it can carry bad germs that can make you blind and eat your brain in public lake they need tell people about it but in private lake they don’t if you are going to use it get the water tested.

This is not true, strictly speaking. You do need to ask permission to use private property and you should have all your insurance documentation lined up to do so, especially if you plan on filming or doing a photoshoot or what have you. Not all lakes have brain eating bacteria???? although you should always be careful in standing water, especially if it's a small pond or what have you. Some ponds do have leeches, though, in my experience, or cloudy water, which isn't great for filming.

Yeah. THere's two scenarios in which brain eating amoeba are a problem: if the water is still, or if the water is warm. Even so, infection is fairly rare. If you're in possibly infected water just avoid putting your face and head underwater and don't disturb sediment and you should be fine. You pretty much have to purposefully snort it up your nose in order for it to happen. Talk to the property owner, and be personable. Mention how you live right nearby the lake, and would like to see if it'd be okay for you to swim there. They'll also be able to tell you whether or not the water is safe. But generally it is, so long as it's not still or warm.
