I have this really nice Lake behind my house it's private property and I don't know how to ask permission but I really want to use it because I can do YouTube series there I already got the title for that I just want to turn that Lake and tell him mermaid hang out but I think they would laugh help!

I'd say go for it. If you're too shy to ask directly, you could write a letter and drop it in their mailbox.

Legally, what I heard:
In order for them to press charges, first there has to be a No Trespassing sign. Then they have to personally tell you to leave, and only then, if you do not comply, can they have you arrested.

Or maybe inquire with the authorities just to be sure you're not breaking any law

Where I live (white mountains/upper appalachian) most swimming holes/river spots are on private property and they allow you to go there. Just ask.
