This Fish needs Help!

Merry meet my lovely fishes! I’m Ula Starlight and I’ve been practicing mermaiding since I was a small girl and recently(as of December) have been chasing my dream of being a mermaid(now that I know it’s a real thing :) ) I bought my first fabric tail! I’m super excited however it’s too long. I bought it from Mertailor(super great tail makers). Does anyone know if Mertailor fabric tails can be Hemmed or not? I was thinking of hiring someone to fix it for me

if it's fabric of any kind then it can be altered. Even neoprene can be altered, it's just a little harder
