So what do you guys think of me swimming for the first time ? I'm sorry about how short it is plus I'm limited on days that I could film. I have gotten better at swimming that in one breath I can make it all the way across a pool in 20 seconds on one breath! Now I'm going to be working on going across and back again but slowly I'm not going to force my body and possibly injure myself for my own self improvement
