Catch Phrase

So here's a thought / question. Catch phrases. So many companies have catchy little one liners that make you remember them or explain what they do so brilliantly and simply, several mers have them.

Mermaid Mellisa has "Saving the Worlds oceans before all creatures become magical" as well as "Think outside the tank".

Raina has the three I's "Inspiration. Information. Imagination."

A little while ago I came up with "Let your inner mer surface." Which I really like but it sounds more for a mermaid store and accessories (which eventually I want to get into) but for an entertainer, it doesn't really make sense. What are your thoughts / brainstorm? I don't have a clue where to go and I'm looking for some inspiration :)

Probably something like "Fantasy Becomes Reality" or something like "Imagination is strength"...since my focus is on imagination and creativity

It's not particularly mermaidy...but my response for most things is "How punk would I be if i cared?" def come sin handy when things go wonky with attire or makeup..hair..etc.

Exactly! Like "Just swimming by..." "Make a splash..." "Splish, splash..." and I can never find an ending! XP Just like I can't think of something for S in SEA.

SEA is more my mission statement, then I wanted something fun to say all the time additionally. That one I wanted to rhyme. I might go with Saving our oceans, but I wanted something about fun and entertainment or imagination. Because I'm in a desert, saving our oceans isn't as relevant as it could be, and my mer-mission is more to educate while having fun.

They finally tired of it, so I switched to "WATER you up to?" ;)

Well not dessert as in I'm swimming in cherries jubilee ;-), but yes a desert. Dry, dry dry! XP I'll still be talking about the oceans and recycling and doing good for the environment, but I want to make it something they can act on now.

I've been toying with "Fantasy's Reality" for a while now. I'm not sure if I like it or not. XD

I sort of like it, Lorelei, but it's also a teeny bit ambiguous in this way: Does it mean "Fantasy IS reality" or the reality that is inherent in fantasy (the kernel of truth in every legend)? I like both meanings, though...

Dottie: I thought about that, several times actually. But I figured it sort of fits in with action, too (since the action I really want them to take is any action that betters the lives of others).

I settled on Smiles, Education, Action and today hit upon my catch phrase: "Explore the SEA with me!" ;-)

Tonight, during a conversation sparked by the word "derpy" about the validity of "real" words, obsolete words, and made-up words, I was discussing mer-speak.

I then blurted out a keeper: "I put the 'flipper' in flippercanorious!" ;)

this isn't so much a catch phrase so much as a saying I've been toying with. 'I don't pollute your land, don't pollute my ocean.' Also for a catch phrase I was thinking about 'Call me mythical one more time...'
