Swimtails issues!

Hi, fish butts. Anyone else waiting on their Swimtails? I ordered a betta and they've turned off comments and won't reply to emails or Facebook or Instagram messages! When I purchased the tail it didn't give me the option of using PayPal either so I have no way of getting my money back!! So mad right now. I just want my tail! 😭😡
