Hello from South Africa!

Hello fellow mers! :)

I've finally got myself here after so long! I'm super excited to have joined and meet fellow mers out there, and I'm hoping I'll find some fellow South Africans too!

A bit about me:
I'm from South Africa, and have been a mega mermaid fan since I was little. I grew up with long bright red hair, loved swimming, and watching The Little Mermaid on repeat. Not much has changed really! I own my own businesses - one being focused on underwater photography and hoping to specialise in mermaid art portraits. My second business is in design, which has allowed me to transform some of my own tails from designs on the PC to printed tails that I swim in!

I dream of starting my own line of tails - for now I've got a few printed which I use for swimming and photoshoots. They're all based on the FinFun monofin, but I am also hoping to design my own if it's not too much of a mission. My main goal is to learn more and maybe help grow the mer-community in South Africa and bring a little more magic to our somewhat crazy country! :)

Oh my!! Your tail designs are BEAUTIFUL! ♥ My sister will be visiting SA for a college trip soon! She's a mermaid too, although she is quite shy and certainly won't be taking her tail with her due to the trip being primarily educational. Hahaha! Otherwise, I'd say that the two of you should go for a swim together!!! ♥

Anyways, welcome to the MerNetwork! I hope we'll see lots of your work online. I know I'd be interested in purchasing a tail from you in the future! ;)

Hello there! Gosh, I can't believe its taken me so long to get back onto MerNetwork.. lol Thank you so much, I'm so glad you like them! :) And that is so cool that your sister visited SA for a college trip! I hope she enjoyed it!
