Classes in PA/NJ/NY/DE?

Hi all! I am a new aspiring mermaid and would love to actually learn how to swim in a monofin/tail. Anyone have any insight into places for adults to learn to do this?
I am located in Philly, but driving a couple of hours is an option if need be.

Oh hey, I'm around philly for school (so fall and spring)
Haven't had much luck finding a pool myself....but that's partially being I'm a broke college student and don't want to spend money on gym memberships.

That being said, looking at gyms for a pool is a good place to start, even if they don't allow fins you could still use the space to practice swimming. I've looked up public pools before too.
