It is easy to get at least half an hour to spend a store, trying to find the right hair color to choose..?

Ha. I spent 3 hours at 2 stores trying to find the right color.
Twas the day before grad pics, and my hair was ugly. I had bleached it the year before for my birthday, and my roots had come in about 4 inches. So my hair was half bleach blonde, half some other ugly dishwater grey blonde brown. Very boring color. So I went and got some bleach and had my friend rebleach my roots. Problem: there wasn't enough bleach in the box do we had to really spread it thin on my hair. Nother problem: we didn't leave it on quite long enough. When I rinsed my hair, the top half we had just done was bright yellow gold, while the part that was already bleached from last year was a more white bleach color. Ugly. All the stores were closed by then, it was late at night. So on the day of grad pics, I skipped school and went to the beauty Mart with my mom. We spent 2 hours trying to find a good color. 8 boxes of color and 2 bottles of lift solution later we came home and started doing test strands. Problem: no matter what color we used, it wouldn't do anything to my hair. Well, not much at least. So I took the bottle of color that was most effective, and colored my hair. I expected it to turn out one shade different from the bleach blonde, but when I washed out the color, my hair was gold blonde red. You can see it on my profile.
Tl;dr- Bleached hair, spent 3 hours at store panicking over hair color, hair turned out fine.
My point is, my mom told me everyone can wear every hair color. It's all about finding the right tone. I wouldn't worry too much. Try a color, if it doesn't work, bleach the hair and try again. Might I suggest neon pink? ;) jk.

I always think it's beautiful if a mer's hair matches their tail.

I also saw some pictures from merman jesse(?) where his hair was purple and so was his tail.

My dream tail is white, and my hair used to be blonde, but now it's red and I'm afraid it won't go well with a white tail.

White Extensions, or a white wig. :)

Awwh thank you Dottie!
You could also wear a red sash around your hips and accessorize in such a way that it blends.
As for picking the right color, it's hard to do but think about your life and your personality. Like I could never have red hair, I wouldn't be able to pull it off and it doesn't match my personality. Also there is real life to think about, this is the last time I'll be able to dye my hair turquoise before I have to change to a more traditional color so I can get a job in the real world.
By the way waterwolf your hair is really pretty!

Rushingar, welcome to the forum. Due to the fact that you've only made one post and it has a very odd syntax, you've been flagged as possibly being a bot. If you don't reply to this or the private message I sent then I'll have to delete your profile.

Bots for posting on forums? o.O
How strange, what would someone want a bot on a forum for??

@Kanti: Advertisement/Spam.
My guess is that if the profile isn't a bot, s/he might be using something like Google translate and copy/pasting directly from that.

Bot or no, I read it as the author was talking about choosing between shades of colour, like between a cool and a warm red, brown, or blue, and maybe how long it takes people to find the right hair colour.
