Free-diving Courses in MN?

I am fairly new to mermaiding but have been told I am a competent and strong swimmer. However, I would like to improve my breath hold and take a free-diving course/obtain a certificate for free-diving.
Does anyone know of free-diving classes in Minnesota or anywhere in the Midwest, USA?
I haven’t been able to find anything free-diving with my sporadic research during breaks between my three jobs.

Search for schools of SSI, AIDA or PFI.
Also CMAS offers some courses. Maybe one of them has a dive center close to you. If not, I would suggest to check the local dive clubs as they have usually some free divers.
