I’m so excited by these new tails!

It doesn’t explain much about their new fin shaper thing so I wonder how that works but the designs are so beautiful and vibrant! I think I definitely want either the moo nui or nymphea to be my next tail :) wish the heel fins could actually be at the heels though..

OOo! They are nice! I dunno what the Finshaper thing is either. I have asked on their fb page. My thoughts is, is it just another name for vinyl insert?

please do tell what it is if they give you an answer!
The new tails are gorgeous.
Just a word of caution; many of the pictures do look as if they turned up the contrast heavily on the tail.
This makes the colours a lot more vibrant than they actually are.
They've shopped sales pictures before with this particular method, and I know people who were disappointed when they got the real thing and it didn't look like on the page.
Although I'm sure the tails are lovely iRL too regardless.

I haven't received any replies about the FinShaper.
I'm guessing, it IS a vinyl or some other kind of plastic insert, to hold the shape of the fluke. Judging from the videos of the new tails in action, the excess material on the fluke does not fold over during movements. It looks like it flows gently the way a real fin would.

I adore Magictail but their fabric is just so thin and see-thru, which is due to the recycled/repurposed materials they use I believe. I really hope they fix that issue with the new tails. They are stunning. My guess for the fin shaper also is that it is some sort of vinyl insert. A shame they use the Mahina because that monofin kills my feet.

I have the pirate curse premium magictail and it came with this fabric thing that fits over the mahina that I guess just bulks it out slightly but it isn't much. Maybe that it what they mean?
