New somewhat mermaid related tattoo

Hey everyone so I got a couple of new tattoos a couple of weeks ago, one on each wrist, and one of them is somewhat mermaid related. I have a pacemaker so I wanted a medical alert tattoo for the pacemaker. My tattoo artist knows about my going mer, and so while we were inking the medical alert tattoo she had the brilliant idea of coloring in the wings on the medical alert tattoo with mermaid scales. Needless to say I fell in love with the idea. So here is the medical alert tattoo. I want to see what everyone thinks.

If anyone wants to see the other one I can upload it, but it’s not mermaid related. It does serve as a promise to me though to never attempt suicide again and is part of the semicolon project to raise suicide awareness and prevention.

no, it has no side effects on health. I have 3 tattoos, all 3 have meaning or purpose. I have at least 4 others planned, 3 of which are also mermaid related.

yes this much is true, those are the only possible side effects, although they are very rare as the inks are made for human skin

No offense, but it doesn't look good. I hope you like it, but I don't understand what the problem is. Either the tattoo artist didn't do the job too neatly, or it's just not my style at all and I can't appreciate the tattoo at all.

I don't think it looks very neat either. But overall I agree with you that it's not my style. It's hard to imagine what styles there are overall, so it's good to be able to look at sites like this one https://tattoon.ai/styles. I guess I really liked the ideas in the Fineline folder. It's like that's what's closest to me at the moment. And it looks very stylish.
