What to do w/ old spandex from tail-making days?

I have a ton of spandex from back in the day when making your own fabric tail was the cool thing to do. I'd really like to get rid of it - I have rainbow scales, blue scales, and plain brown and green for a swampy mermaid. Seems like no one wants this, and I've debated giving it all away for free. What can a mer do with all this fabric? I'm not interested in making my own tails anymore - I've done it with the spandex but the tails really last only a season since the fabric sucks. I'm not really "crafty" either, so the best I could make is a headband or something lame. Any ideas?

Seriously if I wasn't so far away, I'd totally buy it from you, I've been wanting some spandex to mess around with some garment ideas I have, but it's super expensive over here.

I would say find a bathing suit maker online. Or you can hit up some Furry facebook groups or the site FurBuy.com Furs use Lycra to make Balaclavas as the bases for heads.
