Fabric tail designers?

Hi everyone!
I would like to make my own fabric mermaid tail. I have a place where I could print my desing, fabric to print it on and I can sew it too.
However I can't put my measurements in a program or make a nice enough looking digital desing of my idea.
Does anyone know any mermaid tail designers who would be willing to do those parts for me (obviously not for free).
