Printing Recommendations?

Hey hey~~
I’m a young mermaid/cosplayer looking to make an eel like tail for a cosplay. I’d like to avoid getting the tail commissioned as I may not be able to come up with the funds for a full custom since I’m just a high school student but will if need be.

So I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of printing services for a lycra/heavy lycra tail or tips on getting a tail printed. I’m considering using contrado but I wasn’t sure how to get it printed properly.
