FinFun sizing vs Finfolk sizing

So Im looking to get a new tail soon and i love one of the tails Finfolk is coming out with here soon. But I'm curious as to the size/stretch comparison as i dont want to get one thats too small. Currently I have an XL FinFun that with the stretch fits really well.

Better to size up as its easier to alter a bigger tail than one that is small.
