With all the bots lately sending spams, could someone promote someone or even me to o remove these bots and spam post from the forum?

Agreed. I've been here for over a year and have yet to see any admins maintaining it. Most of what I see are people who create new accounts, say a few words, then disappear. There are only very few serious members I see active these days.

I want to believe that this is still a good forum, but the recent spam posts that are popping up recently with no moderation action whatsoever is indication that this place is beginning to crumble.

It would seem that way if you were looking at THIS place only, but there actually are still active members in this community. I'm sure that with a little attention from the current mods, or appointment of new ones to help keep this place in order, then this place could be active again.

I guess most topics are discussed completely here and you can find documentation about everything. Since there is not much new coming up, the forum stands still as well.

BTW: I my country, the community became quite inactive.

It may be many spam bots or it could just be one. There's a threesome that like to answer each other's post.
