Don't get me wrong, I love lazying around too. Reading a book or watching a show without worrying about anything else sounds like a dream. Pair that with sitting on a desk for 8 hours and you've got one of the most inactive societies of all time. In between all these, I feel like people are losing their touch to sports. I mean, everybody knows this lifestyle isn't healthy, but they keep going, anyway. Recently also read this article on ISPO that mentioned that the alarmingly high physical inactivity is turning into a global pandemic. Now I feel like we're all gonna turn into those humans on moving chairs in Wall-E one day!
Am I crazy or do you feel the same way too?

Well this is true actually. I am a pretty laid back person and after the pandemic I suddenly realised that I had gained a lot of weight and I had a lot of other issues.
I knew what I had to do and finally it's about the realisation. The thing is that people won't realise unless they actually suffer

you're def not wrong. but, the, it might not be right to generalize. some people are actually super active and take care of their health diligently.
