Hi all! There are quite a few review sites on the internet today, such as PissedConsumer (https://vocal.media/journal/8-tips-to-become-a-great-customer-service-leader) and all over the place I see companies not responding to their customer complaints. In fact, this is bad practice, as it indicates that the company is completely indifferent to the opinion of its client. In fact, this can lead to negative consequences for the company in the future, since all new customers who see such an attitude will understand that the level of service from this company is very low.
