unable to load reviews

When I click on the title of a review it just goes back to the main review portal

I tried clicking on "Tailmaker Reviews" on the forum and it took me to the page with the list of tailmakers like it should. Can you be more specific about the problem you encountered?

click on the tailmaker you want to see a review on. then click on the review you want to see.
can you read the review you clicked on?

So, I'm not sure, but I think the problem might be that its just designed a little unintuitively. Lets say you're on this page: http://mernetwork.com/index/showthread.php?1773-Mermaid-Parties

If you click on the link that says "Read all 2 reviews" it takes you to this page: http://mernetwork.com/index/productforums.php?do=matches&productid=15

And if you click on the link next to each of the reviews then it takes you back to the page you were just at: http://mernetwork.com/index/showthread.php?1773-Mermaid-Parties

If this is what its doing, then its working normally. The reviews are listed on that page, below the photo and the information on how to write a review. Just scroll down and you'll see the reviews. In the case of the example of Mermaid Parties, you should see two reviews- one from Mermaasai and one from Prince Calypso.


Is this what you're experiencing, or something else? Cause this isn't technically an error, its just a slightly unintuitive design.

I have tried clicking every link, review, or page you posted and I tried scrolling to the bottom of each. I still see no reviews, unfortunately. O.o; How odd...

yeah thats what it does, but not when I post a review, when I try to READ a review, nothing I click actually takes me to the reviews that people have posted so I can actually see them

The same thing happens to me I can't see the reviews at the bottom of the page O.o it just takes me back to the main page (I just tried your example with Mermaid Parties)

Haha, boy do I feel dumb! The problem is fixed now.

So it turns out that the reviews require administrator to click an approve button for them to be posted. I didn't know this, and assumed everyone else could see the reviews like I could. I was like, "what are they talking about? The reviews are right there!!"

Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. Let me know if the reviews are visible now, okay? Also, if you've bought a tail, we'd love for you all to post a review.
