Cox sold me defective merchandise, this was acknowledged multiple times by their techs who saw it first-hand, and yet Cox mismanagement would not admit it nor do anything to remedy it. I eventually went to the state attorney general who forced them to reply to my complaint https://cox-communications.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , and when they did Cox gave ridiculous answers instead of fessing up, manning up, and standing up for its own customer. I dumped them and replaced their awful cable television with an indoor television antenna I bought for $35 at Best Buy and works just fine. That's $35 TOTAL, not each month. So Cox's incompetence and mismanagement actually ended up saving me money.
