My budget is maxed out right now with the course, 570 in credit card minimums, and 630 in student loans each month. No savings and stopped 401k contributions this month. But, I am making it without additional and in October I am starting to do some consulting which I'm hoping to get 300-600/mo for.
Not sure if I should sell my home because 1) I really don't want to 2) my interest rate is so low, and 3) getting another place to rent in my area would probably be 1000-1200 per month at a minimum and
Is selling a good idea? Any other suggestions to get me out of my situation? I'm determined to be more financially smart moving forward.
EDIT: Thanks for all of the advise! My gut feeling was to keep the home, and most people confirmed that as the best option. I'll keep the home, look for more income streams, and pay the cc debt off more aggressively when I get a higher income job.

Six months ago, I encountered a loan issue that left me perplexed for an extended period. However, a recent encounter with a knowledgeable friend shed some light on the matter. He suggested freezing my credit, a concept unfamiliar to me. To aid my understanding, he shared a link to loyal lending (https://foxchronicle.com/money/loyal-lending-reviews/). I'm hopeful that exploring this website will expand my knowledge and empower me to resolve this predicament independently.
