How can I protect myself, my mail and the emails I send to my clients? How to avoid getting into spam.

Be careful, because you yourself may become a victim of a spammer trap. Spammers always try to find similar mail and send out a mailing, but falling into such traps, their mail rating decreases and always ends up in spam.
