It depends on how elaborate you want your top to be...can range anywhere from $30 and up

She sells everything from necklaces, earrings, belts, tops, head wreaths, scales to adhere to your skin, tails, and pretty much anything else! I do believe she does custom orders to but you would have to ask her.

if you want latex, i just bought from mermaid parties. they're having a top sale thru the end of the month any color you want. there's a thread in the forum for latex scaled tops. :)
if you want shells....either of the lovely ladies that responded have wicked items. actually...raven's pic is making me reconsider not wanting a shell bra....hmm...
