IMPORTANT INFO RE FACEBOOK PAGES

I thought something weird was up, I wasnt getting anything in my news feed anymore about the pages Im subscribed to. Well turns out, FB has made it so only a few people out of all your fans see your posts! The number goes up the more people comment and like and share, but it's no longer the good old days where you made a post on your mermaid page and it went out to all your fans! Now they want you to pay for that privilege.

You know how you can make lists of different friends? I made a special list and put only pages that I follow in it so I just go to that list and look at the most recent posts. It's also nice cause it tells me when there is a new one so I see nearly all the posts :)

I haven't had this problem yet, but I've only liked a few pages. Since reading the article linked to above, I've gone and checked to make sure all of them show up on my news feed, which they do. Maybe I haven't seen this problem yet because I'm only subscribed to a couple pages?

That's irritating though. So what, only the people who can afford to spend money on each post will be seen by their fans? Ugh. Don't they already get enough cash from ads and providing consumer information to companies? It's their own product, and they can do what they like with it, but you'll lose people doing stuff that way.

At least they gave a solution in that article to make sure you're getting everything that's coming out.

Good job, facebook. You sellout.

People are so damn greedy. As if facebook doesn't already make millions of dollars off being
completely free by having ads up the ass and selling all your information to advertising agencies
and whatnot. Phones even have facebook buttons. FACEBOOK BUTTONS!!!! A BUTTON on a
phone DEDICATED to posting on facebook. That is literally the definition of success. EVERYONE
uses it! So why the hell are they being so damn greedy?

Wow, that is amazingly dumb on their part. That really really sucks! I think I'll try the group thing as Sirena suggested. Doesn't really help the page owners though :/

some people seem to think this is a hoax. It's not, FB gave me the little window explaining it all today :/ and now under every single post it tells me how many fans have seen it.
