So iv been lurking around for quite some time , watching everyones progress and whatnot and iv recently begun my full mermaid project after more than a year of longing. I made a sea nymph costume last year (at that time I was under the name of chocobo chic) that was my first official mermaid costume sort of thing. I loved the top but it wasn't what I wanted for my tail. So I decided to make a top using lions paw clams which is what mermaid ravens gorgeous tops are made with. I bought a pair on eBay for 10$, netting on amazon, and plastic seaweed, plus pearl and beads that I had stored away. And this is what I made:3335
I also started a belt which I plan on adding fishing weights to keep my buoyancy level during my underwater shoot.
