So uh... I have to repaint the tail I got (Don't get me wrong, despite all of the bad stuff that's going around it's not that bad. I really like it~) but I have NO IDEA how I should re-paint it colorwise!! What colors do you guys think would work? :confused:

what kind of look are you going for? Do you want a mermaid tail or one more fish-like? Best place to start- what is your favorite color?

What colors do you look best in? :| Hard to say without seeing you, unless you just want random colors thrown out, haha. Pink and purple?

I'm going to either re-do the original paint job or it will be purple and silver. Or maybe the yellow... Oh well, it'll work out. :) ​Thanks everyone!!!!

How about do one that has tropical colors. Like purple, green, blue, yellow, and orange.

I have to do the same thing so I thought of my favorite colors and found paints in different shades of that color that I liked :) I love your purple and silver idea :D tropical colors are also good if you find colors that you can pull off well.

Purple x Silver would have been so cool... I got scared and just did the original colors again :doh:

Uhhh... How should I waterproof it? Are there certain sprays or something? :confused:

I suggest using silicone spray if it's made of latex or silicone. They are pretty cheap at places like ACE hardware store or other home improvement stores.
