Sure we can have it in August... sometime before the 20th. I go back to school after the 20th. Not sure on the date though.

I am leaving this landlocked hipster wasteland in ONE WEEK! Wooohoooo! And will be back in San Diego, where I belong. Sometime after that, if there is a meet I can attend I will.

I'm in San Diego, and I plan to host a meet down here sometime, in September. Maybe the 15th or the 29th. Do you have facebook? It's very cool to see another mermaid her in San Diego!

I'm so glad I was told about this forum! My name is Lydia and my sister-in-law and I would like to take it upon ourselves to start the first ever Mermaid Festival of Southern California, much like the Mermaid Parade on Coney Island. I am still in the early stages of planning and organizing and could use help from driven individuals who want to see this beautiful event become a reality.
