I'd like to make my everyday life a bit more enchanted. The world today is so boring. So my next projekt would be making things myself out off everyday stuff. Things that are easy to get. And not just mermaid accessories but also fairy, vampire, gothic and so on. Anything to make life a little more magical place to be in. :)

So any tips and tutorials on easy accessories are greatly appreciated. I really wwant to make my room pretty, cause it looks awful :P

Do you mean inanimate objects that are certifiably haunted and enchanted, or just stuff like seeing roots that are twisted in such a way that they resemble a reclining dryad, or catching fireflies/lightning bugs on a summer evening, or doing a Tarot card reading?

and you can probably put fairy sillouhets (sorry for the spelling) on the glass with black paint so it looks like a jar full of fairies
and you can make captured fairy/mermaid/dragon jars.

That looks really cute :) I'd love to try it with a dragon, but first I have to get one :P Altho it seems kinda mean to capture the poor creature, but I can always let it fly again after few days :3 lol

Both :) but I was looking for stuff that I can do myself and that are easy to make since I'm not really a handy person :P and sadly we don't have firebugs around here :/

If you buy them at the shop, led lights, a blue and orange one in my case, which can be switched to let either the blue or the orange one shine. But I've never seen mine shine that brightly, though

This. they're pretty cheap online, really easy to make at home. i have two of them. one that's holographic, the rainbow shines in any light, and i also have an LED one from monkeyschool. I was gonna do this as a sideshow to my mermaiding thing, dress up in the tail and do a little dancing with it.

My hubby got me a butterfly in a jar and I love it! I have it right next to my small water fountain. I have my incense holder right next to those :) I believe hubby got mine from Think Geek. Here's a video:

Other options for lights is a crystal salt lamp (http://www.resources.websitepros.com/94/978894/salt.jpg) and/or a selenite lamp (https://www.fossilsplus.com/store/product_images/y/lgempireselenitelamp1al__05781.jpg). They can be expensive if you look certian places, but I got a huge one for $15 at my local metaphysical store. Crystal salt lamps are not only pretty and calming, but they ionize the air as well! This is great for your mood and for the air you breathe! Selenite is a very uplifting stone as well :)

Also if you already have fairy wings (or are planning to make/own some in the future- my favorite are the cellophane and vinyl kind!) you can hang them on your wall. That way they're out of the way of harm and look quite enchanting! Another inspiration I've had from working with the wire for those is making a wire frame for posters out of the same gauged galvanized steel- working it into spirals and/or tree and branch looking designs then covering them with floral tape (white for the spirals, green and brown for the tree design).

And if you're talking about the same enchanting I think you are, you can do that with anything :) Perhaps a triquetra sun catcher for protection, with some purpose and power from you of course. Also if you place quartz or amethyst in the window it tends to bring a great feel to the room and house. Buuuut I might be getting a little too airy fairy for you now ;D

ooooh! i want a butterfly in a jar!

and also, i find that old/antique looking bird cages can look really magical when decorated with fake flowers and vines.

Those 'butterflies' are so cool! I saw those in Michael's once.

ThinkGeek has the sun and moon jars that run on solar power. These look really bright! Perhaps the one in the photo? http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/lights/994a/ They are a bit expensive though.

Other things I found cool:
~For artsy people, here's a melted/surreal clock like Dali! http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/lights/e7f1/
~And here's your firefly in a jar! :D http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/lights/e90c/
