Currently on store shelves there is a LEGO Ocean King mini-figure.

He is pretty much Triton/Neptune but still a nice piece for a mer-collector!
I must note these are in the blind bag series so you will have to feel each bag for the figure so happy hunting! The bottom pic will be the display/packaging you will be looking for.
