Love it! Love the paint job and all of the fins :) That top is super cute too. Looks like clear vinyl to me! I love that stuff. SO useful for all kinds of costumey and crafty things :) You can buy it for cheap and in different thicknesses at JoAnns.

lookin GREAT! Love it! What material are the actual scales made of? It looks like a fabric, but has texture to it! huh!

I actually just grabbed some regular green vinyl, covered it in a few layers of Acrylic paint, took a sharpie and drew in scales and then painted over it with glitter gloss ♥
