Haha, OK take 2 on this side of the forum, since I posted the photoshopped Lion's Mane Jellyfish in that other thread. Just goes to show that I really should check my sources all the time.
Anyway, this was on Channel NewsAsia:
Panda-monium hits London as 108 costumed pandas took over Trafalgar Square on Wednesday, to kick off the international launch of Panda Awareness Week (PAW). The panda posse - all 108 of them - represent the actual no. of real animals back at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
PAW, which hopes to raise awareness and support panda conservation and protection, will see its panda party move around the city - to Covent Garden, London Underground and other famous landmarks.

I think this is so freaking awesome. I wish mers had more means to travel/bigger pods so that we could do something like this for the oceans.
