My husband and I just scuba dived there in June! It doesn't look like that anymore tho. All of the statues are very overgrown with plant life so it's hard to make out the faces, but it was still spectacular!

Ok, so I'm not the only one who actually gets freaked out by statues after seeing that episode? There's a baby angel statue hidden in the brush on the side of the road out by where I live, it sneaks up on me every time and scares me! I just wish everyone could watch that episode, so they'd be freaked out too and stop putting random angel statues everywhere... :sad eyes:

Honestly those statues of people in the bottom of the ocean are already leaning towards eerie in my book, so that seems like the perfect creepy combo. I might actually be able to be tempted to go to Mexico now knowing that's there in Cancun.
