someone took my videos!!!

i have a quick question for you guys!
i just found out that theres a internet site thats been using the video i made and posted on youtube.
are they allowed to do that? they are not paying me and they did not ask me.

is this legal?

sad thing is if its public, people think they can use it for themselves, you can either Put it on private or unembed the video.. Sent you a PM

if they just linked to your youtube they can yes, you have to disable embedding to prevent people from doing that, it's under your settings

thanks guys! Raina maybe you can help me further since i know you speak a bit of french. in my channel its says in syndication but i cant click on it. how can i do the embedding thing?

also , when i do that , will it be removed from their site?

it should remove it from their website. whenever people click on the video, it'll say "disabled".

from your drop down menu click on "video manager" then choose the "edit" button under whichever video you want to change. You'll see below the video to the right "Advanced settings" once you click that tab you'll see embedding to the right and you can uncheck it.
