I'm looking for a way to seal the bottom of my tail shut where I can still open it to take out the MonoFin...I originally had it hand sewn shut and was going to try to use a zipper, but I have fairly mediocre sewing skills and it flew over my head  I think I'm going to end up doing a ton on hooks and eyes, but I was wondering if anybody had any better ideas? I also don't like to use Velcro, so that's out too ;)

Thanks for the help guys!!! <3

I had hook and eyes in the bottom of my original tail, but I didn't like them :/ I ended up sewing it closed. If you must do Velcro, I'd advise to get the industrial strength stuff. They sell it at some fabric stores and stores like Lowes and Home Depot. Zippers can be a paint to install, BUT keep in mind that if you search on the net there are video tutorials on how to do it!
